Your order will be sent via Royal Mail UK and will be delivered within 2 – 3 days from the order date if placed before 12 noon. Please be aware that during seasonal peaks, this may be extended.
Orders of less than 4 packs a small charge of £2.99. Free Shipping for any orders over £15.00.
Orders greater than 26 packs or 1 outer can be tracked using the tracking number sent in the confirmation of dispatch email. If you do not receive this email or simply misplace it, please contact us and we will be able to provide the relevant details for you.
If you are unhappy with your order, please email us! It's really important to us that the order is perfect for you. Please note however, that due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and or provide refunds. We will however make every attempt correct any faults, even if that means re-processing your order free of charge.
- An item arrives that wasn't ordered (e.g the wrong flavour).
- A product has been damaged in transit.
Enquiries must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org complete with photo evidence of the stated fault and an order confirmation receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to consider enquiries beyond 14 days from the order date.
Our customer services team will keep you up to date with the progress of your enquiry.
If a product is not produced in time for delivery, customers will be notified of any expected delay.
Please note that once an order is placed we are unable to cancel it.
